Subscriptions and Refunds

Paid features, prices, renewals and refunds are managed under the rules of the store where the purchase was made.
1. Purchases
Digital products and subscriptions in Android apps are purchased through Google Play. Current pricing and billing periods are shown on the Google Play payment screen before confirmation.
2. Automatic renewal
Recurring subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled through Google Play subscription settings. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.
3. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation and refund requests are handled through your Google Play account and order history. Time limits and eligibility are governed by Google Play's current refund policy.
4. Restoring purchases
In supported apps, eligible purchases made with the same Google Play account can be verified again using the Restore Purchases option.
5. CH IPTV Windows entitlement
Windows access included with CH IPTV PRO may be activated on up to two computers. This is a benefit of active PRO access, not a separate Windows purchase. Connected Windows access may end when a time-limited subscription expires.
