This notice explains that CH IPTV is an independent media player and outlines user responsibility for added content.

CH IPTV is an independent media player similar to VLC Media Player or MX Player. It does not provide, sell, distribute or host TV channels, digital broadcasts, films, series, subscriptions or IPTV playlists.

1. No-content policy

CH IPTV does not include ready-made broadcasts, channel lists or media content. Users add only lawful M3U, Xtream Codes or other supported media sources that they are authorized to use.

2. Copyright and user responsibility

Users confirm that they have the legal right to use the sources they add and the content accessed through them. Watching, sharing or distributing copyrighted content without permission remains the user's responsibility.

CH IPTV does not endorse or support publishing, reproducing or viewing protected material without authorization from the rights holder.

3. Third-party services

Neither CH IPTV nor DavasApps is affiliated with any third-party IPTV provider, broadcast server or content seller. Availability, security and legality of external sources are matters between the source owner and the user.

4. Intended use

CH IPTV is provided solely to help users play media sources they are legally entitled to access on their own devices. It may not be used to access unlawful broadcasts or infringe copyright.
