This policy explains how data is processed when you use CH IPTV on mobile, TV and Windows.

CH IPTV is a media player. It does not provide, sell or host ready-made broadcasts, channel lists, subscriptions or media content.

1. General information

DavasApps values user privacy. CH IPTV is an independent media player that helps users play their own M3U and Xtream Codes sources on their devices.

2. Data that may be processed

M3U links and playlist names added by the user
Xtream Codes server and sign-in information
Favorites, hidden channels, theme settings and viewing history
PRO license status and pseudonymous device identifiers
Settings transferred between devices when cloud sync is enabled

3. Payments and PRO licensing

In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed through Google Play, Microsoft Store and/or payment infrastructure such as RevenueCat. DavasApps does not store credit or debit card information.

4. Advertising and analytics

The free Android edition may display advertising. Google AdMob, Firebase or similar technical services may be used for advertising and basic usage analytics. An ad-free experience may be offered to PRO users.

5. Data security

Operating-system secure storage, access controls and appropriate technical safeguards are used to protect user data. Platform secure-storage mechanisms are preferred for IPTV usernames and passwords entered by users.

6. User responsibility

Users are responsible for the broadcasts, playlists and media sources they add to CH IPTV and must only add lawful sources they are authorized to use.
