CH IPTV Terms of Use

1. Scope of the service

CH IPTV is a media player that helps users play their own lawful M3U, Xtream Codes or other supported media sources.

2. Content and legal responsibility

CH IPTV does not provide, sell or host television channels, live broadcasts, films, series, playlists, subscriptions or media content.

Users confirm that they have the legal right to use the sources they add. Users are responsible for unauthorized sources or copyright infringement.

3. PRO subscription and licensing

PRO subscriptions and one-time purchase options are offered through the relevant store's payment system. License scope and device limits are managed according to the entitlement described inside the app.

4. Refunds and cancellations

Refunds and subscription cancellations are governed by the store where the purchase was made. Purchases through Google Play or Microsoft Store are subject to that store's refund policies.

5. User obligations

• The app may not be used to watch, distribute or share unlawful broadcasts.
• Users must have the legal right to use every content source they add.
• PRO license codes may not be sold or shared commercially with third parties.
• Attempts to bypass the app's security mechanisms are prohibited.

6. Service changes

DavasApps may update app features, PRO scope, pricing or these terms when necessary. Current terms are published on this page.
