By using the DavasApps website or applications, you agree to the following basic terms.
1. Scope of the service
DavasApps develops digital products for wellness tracking, camping discovery, accessibility, media playback and music practice. Features, availability and supported platforms may change over time.
2. User responsibility
Users are responsible for the accuracy of information they enter and for using the services in accordance with applicable law. Apps may not be used to access unlawful material, infringe copyright, abuse systems or endanger other users.
3. Health and safety notice
Calculations and recommendations provided by FitPeak are for general information and do not replace medical diagnosis or treatment. Because routes, facilities and natural conditions shown in Kamp Rehberim may change, users should check current local information before travelling.
4. Use of CH IPTV
CH IPTV does not provide broadcasts or channels. Users must only use playlists and content they are authorized to access. The source, licensing and legality of content remain the user's responsibility.
5. Intellectual property
The DavasApps name, app designs, software and original content belong to their respective rights holders. Unless expressly permitted, apps may not be copied, resold or used for reverse engineering.
6. Service changes
Features may be changed or temporarily suspended for security, maintenance or product development. Material changes will be announced through the app or this website where practical.
7. Limitation of liability
Services are provided with reasonable care. Liability for interruptions caused by internet connectivity, third-party services, user-provided content or circumstances outside our control may be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
